Which roles do you help me get interviews for?
Any roles you apply for. You choose the positions you are interested in, and once you apply, we step in and help you move toward an interview. We do not pick roles for you and we do not apply on your behalf, so there is no risk of misunderstandings.
What are the requirements to join Talentway Spotlight?
— You’ll need a free Talentway account and should be able to apply to at least 2 jobs per day — Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success in B2B SaaS — Current or most recent role in Customer Success — Resume must pass Talentway review — You reside in the US and are authorized to work in the US
Can I join the program if I don’t have an invite?
Yes. Just apply to the program and indicate that you don’t have an invite. We’ll review your application and get back to you. Please note that enrollment is competitive and based on a first come first served principle while spots are available.
Do you help with interviews at specific companies?
You apply to any US based tech roles through the Talentway platform, and we help you get on the hiring team’s radar for those roles. It can be any company. If we do not already have warm contacts there, we will research the right people and present your profile to them.
Why is participation in the program limited by the number of spots?
We don’t spam hiring managers but provide value by showcasing highly matching candidates individually or in small groups. To keep this approach effective, we limit the number of participants in the program.
How often does the billing occur?
Billing for participation in the program occurs weekly. We chose a shorter billing cycle because many people find a job (or at least get a promising interview) faster than in a month, so they don’t need to pay for the full month.
It’s hard for me to budget for this service. Do you offer any discounts?
It’s getting harder than ever to land a Customer Success role. We know that better than anyone. That’s why every week, we reserve one Standard spot for $1/week for someone who’s been searching for a while and could use a break. In our case, this means someone who has been unemployed for more than four months and meets the other program requirements. The discounted program runs for one month. If that’s you, just reach out to us.
Do you guarantee interviews?
Even though many of our participants see a clear increase in interview activity, we do not have direct influence over hiring teams’ decisions, so we cannot promise a specific number of interviews.
